MASTODON MAYBE REPLY doesn't prefix the first metion with at

Perhaps because the message we are replying to is too old?

09:42 <PresGas__> [03:58:23] [14->11] @kensanata Beautiful work, Cap'n!
12:46 <kensanata> PresGas__: And hopefully my reply command in
bitlbee-mastodon will actually prefix the mention of your name with an @
    sign!
12:46 <root> You: [17] PresGas@freeradical.zone: And hopefully my reply
command in bitlbee-mastodon will actually prefix the mention of your
    name with an @ sign!
12:46 <kensanata> undo
12:46 <root> Status 17 was deleted.

Notice how this is more than 3h after the original, so not technically a reply. Strangely enough, Mastodon still figured out how to append @freeradical.zone because I don't think we do this. We just use the bu->handle for who and use that... Weird?

Also note:

13:05 <kensanata> reply 14 And hopefully my reply command in
bitlbee-mastodon will actually prefix the mention of your name with an @
sign, not like my previous message.
13:05 <root> You: [18->14] @PresGas And hopefully my reply command in
bitlbee-mastodon will actually prefix the mention of your name with an @
sign, not like my previous message.

In this case the suffix wasn't used...

Should be fixed, now.
