I finished The Shockwave Rider by John Brunner – the book SuShee keeps recommending. [1] It wasn’t as great as I had expected, but considering that it was published in 1975, it seems terribly prescient.

I’m currently enjoying Saturday by Ian McEwan. Reminds me of Room Temperature by Nicholson Baker. It seems that Baker had writte before with his particular focus on mundane activities during a few minutes or hours of his main character, transforming it into a mesmerizing train of thought book.
